WSA has been called to co-ordinate and plan trenchless projects for its clients over the years. Most of the planning has begun before the preparation of the documents. The reason for this approach is to provide our client with a clear picture of the entire project and provide milestones that need to be achieved in order to ensure that construction will be executed within the projected limits.
